- Beer Line cleaning & maintenance to include :
- Monthly cleaning utilizing brewery approved chemicals & methods.
- Faucets are removed,disassembled,brushed clean,washers inspected & replaced as needed.
- Keg couplers are soaked,leak tested,brushed clean, & washers are replaced as needed.
- Cleaning will assure the removal of bacteria,yeast,beer stone & mold.
- Power pack service to include a monthly clean of condenser coils & recirc. motor air vents.
- Inspection of glycol temp & ratio.
- Assure correct circulation & flow rates.
- Annually evacuate coolant lines & resevoir,clean & add new glycol mixture to correct ratio.
